Please note that delivery times go into effect the business day after you place an order. Standard delivery times are from 3 to 7 days.
Standard Ground Delivery Service
Orders shipping to the contiguous U.S. are charged according the rate chart below. Shipping is based on the amount you order. The charges shown are for a single address.

Signature Required Service
During checkout, you will have the option to select "Signature Required" for your shipment. By selecting this service, the shipping services will obtain a signature in one of three ways:
- From any person at the delivery address; or
- From a neighbor, building manager or other person at a neighboring address; or
- The recipient can sign a FedEx door tag authorizing release of the package without anyone present.
Signature Required Service fee will be an additional $2.50 added to the shipping fee as determined in the table above.
Alaska & Hawaii Orders
Orders shipping to the non-contiguous U.S. are charged according the rate chart below. Shipping is based on the amount you order. The charges shown are for a single address. This includes Alaska and Hawaii. Signature Shipping adds $2.50 to each tier. For orders more than $200, the shipping charges will be $21 of the subtotal.

Shipping Details
We ship from Athens, Georgia M-F. Orders placed before 4PM EST usually ship out the same day. Typically, orders placed after 4PM EST will ship the following day. Orders placed Friday after 4PM EST will ship the following Monday. Shipping time usually takes 4-6 working days to arrive to the West Coast and 1-3 working days on the East Coast. Our orders are imported every few hours into our internal processing system. At that time you will receive your order number via email and another email will follow with tracking number details a few hours after the item leaves our facility.
Transit times start when your package leaves our facility. Transit times are not guaranteed and shipping costs are not refundable.
